CLOSURE / MERGER NOTICE

As of the 11/04/2008 5:49pm, TrueGamer.com.au has unfortunately been forced to close due to external events out of its control. This is a result of not only recent events, but ongoing problems that have been present for some time. During this period a large amount of interest has been circulating from external parties looking to retain the True Gamer name and identity. As it currently stands, True Gamer has agreed to merge with another major player in the online market, and will no longer be trading under the name of True Gamer. As a result, True Gamer will not be accepting any new orders. All current customers will receive an invitation to remain as loyal customers at our new home, which will be announced shortly. All pre-orders, back-orders and unfinished orders remaining with True Gamer after the 11/04/2008 will be cancelled and refunds processed where applicable. All outstanding returns will be attended to promptly, along with any credit currently held with True Gamer. Please understand that this process may take some time, and that we will ultimately endeavour to contact all customers affected within 1 - 2 weeks.

On behalf of all staff at True Gamer we would like to thank the customers that have been with us since 2005, and have made it such an enjoyable time for us. We hope to see you all at our new home, which will be announced shortly.
